Key Responsibilities Own month-end close and full-cycle accounting processes Prepare and review financial statements and management reports Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Assist with audits and regulatory examinations Support statutory reporting and NAIC filings Work within multi-state insurance accounting requirements Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve accounting processes Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or Business 3-5 years of progressive, hands-on accounting experience with ownership of full-cycle accounting processes This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days a week in the office.
