- Responsible for assisted administration of all prescribed medication during shift.
- Responsible for all as needed medications and follow up in one hour.
- Follow care plan as to how medications are to be given.
- Follow medication delegation guidelines as received by nurse delegator as needed.
- Assisting residents with basic needs
- Keep accurate charts
- Provide warm, compassionate and friendly care to residents while ensuring a safe and calm environment
- Assure client dignity, rights and safety
- Follow guidelines for universal precautions and procedures
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree
- Active Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification or Home Care Aide License
- CPR (can get on hire)
