Position Name: Oncology Infusion Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Santa Monica, CA Setting: Private Practice / Startup Concierge Healthcare Pay: $50.00-$70.00 per hour Shift: Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm (flexibility required) Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 1+ year of RN experience. Experience with IV starts, ports, and blood draws. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Willingness to support clinical trials and adapt to non-traditional care models. Infusion certification or willingness to obtain. Job Summary Perform infusions and monitor patients throughout treatment. Manage ports, IV starts, blood draws, and post-infusion care. Support clinical trial patients, including infusion-based protocols. Assist in building and establishing infusion workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Adapt quickly to changes in patient care plans (e.g., treatment changes based on scans or progression). Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
