With a strong culture built around accountability, continuous improvement, and craftsmanship, the company is investing in its operations and leadership team to drive long-term growth and best-in-class manufacturing performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect and oversee all plant operations, including EHS, production, quality, materials management, maintenance, and engineeringDrive operational excellence initiatives through Lean manufacturing principles, ensuring continuous improvement across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metricsLead site planning efforts, including capital projects, equipment investments, facility improvements, and long-term operational strategyBuild and sustain a positive, high-performance culture focused on employee engagement, leadership development, accountability, and workforce connectivityPartner with cross-functional leaders to ensure customer expectations are met while maintaining compliance with all safety, quality, and operational standardsKey QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience required10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including responsibility for large teams and complex operationsStrong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologiesDemonstrated business and financial acumen, including budgeting, planning, and performance managementProven ability to lead through change, develop people, and build strong relationships across all levels of an organisation
