Concrete Finisher – Commercial Projects

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team, specializing in commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set forms, pour, and level concrete for various commercial structures, including floors, sidewalks, curbs, and foundations.

- Finish concrete surfaces using hand tools and power equipment to achieve smooth, level, and durable finishes.

- Apply finishing techniques such as troweling, edging, and brooming to meet project standards.

- Monitor curing processes and ensure proper application of sealants or surface treatments.

- Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely and accurate project completion.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

- Inspect finished work for quality and compliance with project specifications.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a concrete finisher, preferably in commercial construction projects.

- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and finishing equipment.

- Strong understanding of concrete mixing, pouring, and curing processes.

- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.

- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.

- Knowledge of safety standards and practices on construction sites.

- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

• Able to lift over 50 pounds
• Willing to travel throughout the Southeast to job sites
• Be able to pass a background and chemical screening
