Staff Marketing Designer

Life at Assured is dynamic, collaborative, and rewarding. What You2ll Do Showcase a deep understanding of typography, color theory, grids, and more. Maintain a strong sense of storytelling across marketing and sales assets, including responsive websites, integrated campaigns, high-stakes pitch decks, editorial print production, and more. Collaborate with web developers, 3D artists, motion designers, graphic designers, copywriters, sound designers and stakeholders on delivering high‑quality designs and bringing ideas to life. Create and maintain design systems and brand guidelines to ensure consistency. Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. What You Bring 8+ years of experience as a web designer, interactive designer, or brand designer (ideally at a SaaS start‑up). Deep experience with Figma or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Proficient in interactive prototyping, wireframing and storyboarding. A refined eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency. Strong portfolio showcasing both web/interactive design and brand design work across a range of formats. Strategic thinker who can turn business needs into smart, brand-forward design. Familiarity with performance design and working alongside growth or web teams.
