From troubleshooting and repairs to installations and upgrades, you'll bring power, precision, and professionalism to every project.Here's what your day could include:Installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems in commercial and industrial settingsReading blueprints and wiring schematics to execute tasks accuratelyBending pipe, pulling wire, running conduit, and installing outlets and fixturesCoordinating with other trades on job sites to ensure efficient workflowMaintaining a clean and safe work environment — always putting safety firstParticipating in company training programs to stay up to date with evolving code and technologyFollowing detailed instructions and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanshipRepresenting Nextech with a positive, can-do attitude at every siteWhat Makes Nextech Different?We're committed to creating a workplace where great technicians do their best work — and get rewarded for it. Max Compensation USD $36.00/Hr.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking motivated, safety-conscious electrical technicians who are eager to grow and deliver excellent service.1+ years of commercial electrical experience (preferred)State Apprentice License (if required by your state)Familiarity with current NEC codesExperience installing and maintaining electrical systems in commercial or industrial environmentsAbility to troubleshoot electrical equipment and systemsMust own basic hand tools for electrical workStrong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindsetValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a drug screeningPhysical RequirementsThis role is active and hands-on. You should be able to:Sit, stand, bend, kneel, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbsUse manual dexterity and hand toolsOperate safely on ladders and elevated platformsFollow written and verbal instructions accuratelyWork indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
