Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant

Overview Great things are in store. This part-time Retail Sales Consultant role focuses on helping customers while earning potential through base pay and commissions. The position supports bilingual Spanish/English speakers and may include additional starting pay for bilingual skills. Responsibilities Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options and help them make informed choices. Engage with the community through events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Maintain a schedule between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Meet sales targets and earn commissions through AT&T’s full suite of products and services. Build meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales expertise. Qualifications Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? Training and coaching are provided to help you meet and exceed goals. Spanish and English bilingual ability is a plus (where applicable). Compensation and Benefits Retail Sales Consultants earn between $16.58 and $19.29 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commissions, top performers can earn significantly more (varies by geography, experience, and training).
