We're currently looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Administrator to join our Service team. As a BDC Administrator , you will respond to and communicate with our customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, and customer-focused. You must be able to handle heavy call volume, explain manufacturer service specials and incentives, answer questions, and schedule appointments while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette.


Dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

What will you be doing?

• Outbound and inbound customer phone calls
• Responding via email and phone to Internet leads
• Determining each customer's needs by asking the right questions
• Setting appointments for the Service Department
• Ensuring a positive customer experience
• Introducing customers to Service Advisors
• Entering customer information into the CRM
• Accurately scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability
• Maintaining strong attention to detail when updating customer records and service information

Who are we looking for?

• Customer-focused, energetic, and self-motivated individuals
• Experience in customer service or call center environments
• Strong communication skills - verbal and written
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Excellent computer skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Experience with Volie, CDK, and XTime is a plus
• Individuals who can address customer concerns promptly and professionally
