Rocky's Burgers, Franks & Fries is hiring a hands-on and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support operations at our Minot location. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step into leadership, support the management team, and help drive both guest satisfaction and team performance. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining Rocky's high standards, and fostering a positive, productive work environment. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to motivate and guide team members throughout each shift. You will work closely with the Operating Partner and Assistant General Manager to uphold brand standards, support staff development, and ensure that every guest receives the fast, friendly, high‑quality experience Rocky's is known for. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Operating Partner and Assistant General Manager with daily operations
Lead and train team members to maintain service and cleanliness standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and supply levels
Support scheduling and payroll coordination
Address guest concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
Uphold health, safety, and company policies
Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant environment
Support team development and reinforce Rocky's expectations for quality and service
