Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Well Power Health Center, your role will encompass a variety of key responsibilities, including:

- Facilitating Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group sessions, promoting a safe space for clients to connect, share their experiences, and learn collectively. \n
- Delivering Individual Therapy: Providing empathetic counseling, you'll help clients explore and process their emotions, develop coping strategies, and formulate actionable plans for personal growth. \n
- Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborating with clients, you will create tailored and goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations. \n
- Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback to evaluate clients' progression through their treatment journey, ensuring their evolving needs are met effectively. \n
- Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: You will play a vital role in our treatment team, communicating regularly with other professionals to coordinate care and address complex cases. \n
Your role will primarily involve working with young adults facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\nTo qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

- A valid LPCC license in California. \n

The salary range for this position is USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
