Automotive Store Manager: Lead, Sell & Delight Guests
Big Brand Tire
Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking an Automotive Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll recruit, coach, and manage staff while owning daily KPIs, pricing decisions, and service standards in a busy automotive setting.
You will also drive sales, control payroll and inventory, and ensure OSHA/EHS compliance while maintaining a culture of accuracy and customer focus. Weekend availability is required to lead peak hours.
