You'll:Create a warm, welcoming experience for every client from the moment they arriveManage appointments, check-ins, check-outs, and transactionsOperate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficientlyAnswer questions and help clients with their needsResolve issues using sound judgment, available resources, and strong problem-solving skillsSupport retail sales and help clients discover products that complement their Drybar experienceMultitask effectively while maintaining a high level of serviceMaintain a professional, positive demeanor—even during busy periodsWork collaboratively with the salon team to deliver an exceptional guest experienceWhat We're Looking ForYou're someone who is naturally friendly, organized, solutions-oriented, and passionate about customer service.
