Compensation

The hourly wage for the position is $20.70 per hour. The hourly rate is just one of many elements that make up our Total Compensation package.

• A high school diploma or equivalent. 
\n

\n
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail. 
\n

\n
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience 
\n

\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
\n

\n
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems. 
\n

\n
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama). 
\n

\n
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.

• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes
