Duration: 3+ months

Job Summary:

• Process records center orders and inventory
• Move, organize, and store files, boxes, and materials
• Perform physically demanding warehouse and records management tasks
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory using scanning and tracking systems

Shift & Work Schedule:

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Schedule: 5 days per week
• Hours: 9-hour shift (includes 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process incoming and outgoing orders
• Move, arrange, lift, and load storage boxes, bins, and totes
• Read labels and accurately identify inventory
• Use the proprietary computer system to track inventory and order locations
• Operate handheld scanners for inventory management
• Load and unload pallets, carts, and trucks
• Shrink-wrap pallets for storage and shipment
• Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Climb ladders to retrieve and store materials
• Follow warehouse safety procedures at all times

Physical Requirements:

• Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, bend, crawl, and twist for extended periods
• Lift, carry, push, and pull boxes weighing 10–100 lbs. without assistance
• Move boxes over stairs, inclines, and uneven or concrete surfaces
• Perform repetitive lifting and carrying throughout the workday
• Climb and balance on ladders
• Work independently in a physically demanding environment

Required Skills:

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. regularly
• Basic computer skills
• Experience using handheld barcode scanners
• Ability to read and write English
• Safe operation of hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to accurately process inventory and orders

Safety Requirements:

• Protective safety-toe footwear required
• Footwear must meet ASTM F2413-11 standards
• Slip-resistant footwear rated "Better" or "Best"
• Follow all warehouse and material handling safety procedures
