Job Summary This position provides support to production by facilitating new hires from requisition through placement, assisting current associates with the terms and conditions of their employment, and assisting with training and development activities. Essential Functions Oversee the entire recruiting/onboarding/orientation process. Attract suitable candidates through databases and online employment forums as a YNA social media administrator, including website, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions. Interviews and facilitate selection of internal and external candidates for non-exempt positions. Assess applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Handle recruitment-related activities such as background screening, I‑9 verifications through E‑Verify, reference checks, processing paperwork, and uploading new hires into Paycor. Coordinate and attend hiring events, job fairs and other community events as needed. Complete paperwork for new hires. Promote the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity. Provide recruitment reports and analytics to Admin and YNA managers. Assist department with any needs that arise. Other Functions Interact with co‑workers, customers, outside vendors, and government officials. Maintain a clean working environment. Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures. Promote a safe working environment for all associates. Requirements Education: Prefer experience in Human Resources or related field; combination and/or experience in lieu of will be considered. Experience: Requires 1‑2 years experience in Human Resources; preference for full‑cycle recruiting experience. Skills: Ability to conduct different types of interviews, experience with recruitment processes and databases, design and implement recruiting strategies, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, strong decision‑making skills, teamwork, time‑management, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to multi‑task. Working Conditions: The position requires the ability to work in a climate‑controlled office, walk on concrete floors, lift up to 20 pounds, perform repetitive keystrokes on a continual basis, and occasionally bend, kneel, twist, and reach.
