Works with cross-functional teams as needed toensure timely and accurate order processing oflogistics requirements. Reviews and researchescustomer requirements and contractual sourcedocuments to ensure order accuracy whenentering requirements into software systems,such as schedule, quantity, and required deliverydocumentation for the fabrication orprocurement of items. Performs Repair Action tasks, as required.Creates, maintains, reviews or changes order,schedule, quantity, and/or required deliverydocumentation and dispositions the orderincluding cancellation in accordance withdepartmental and program procedures. Adjustson order quantities by coordinating with therequestor in current ordering system.Reviews order position, including MissionImpaired Capability Awaiting Parts(MICAP)/Aircraft on Ground (AOG), outstandingrequisitions and schedules to ensure delivery oflogistics requirements in accordance withschedule and customer demand. Follows up andmaintains visibility of potential schedulediscrepancies and takes action to resolve.Researches input data and submits request tocreate new Material Master in support of logisticrequirements.Creates the delivery document in the applicablesoftware systems, including requireddocumentation to deliver end items to customer.Researches S.E. forms to assist in the audit anddocumentation of production lists, design changenotice numbers, work orders, sales orders,reorder level, recommended quantity,preliminary and firm delivery schedules andother support control data. Processes Sparesrequirements orders and S.E. ReleaseAuthorizations utilizing supply documents,engineering analysis review data, andestablished department procedures.Researches S.E. orders received from thecustomer and assures items being ordered areentered into the applicable software system.Initiates documentation to release itemsordered, including quantity and deliveryrequirements, for fabrication or procurement.Performs data entry for logistics demand toinclude order create, change, and research ofmaterial either electronically, telephonically,and/or in person for verification as appropriate.Basic QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Office suite - Exceland Outlook.SAP experience.Desired SkillsExperiacne in subcontracting and sales order managment.Pay Information $20.95 - $37.34At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
