Order Picker/Forklift Operator
Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN. We have Order Picker/Forklift Operator positions available on 2nd shift!

- 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm, $21.60/hr
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires at least 6 months of Forklift and Cherry Picker operating experience (do not need to be currently certified)
- Are at least 18 years of age
- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs; bending, squatting, kneeling, walking and standing in a warehouse environment
- Ability to work from heights - will be operating equipment needing to be raised to pick and pull from multi-level racking that can be up to a height of 30 feet
What's a Typical Day as an Order Picker/Forklift Operator?
- Driving a Forklift and other Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) such as an Order/Cherry Picker, Reach Forklift, Sit-down/Stand-up Forklift, Mule Cart, Turret Forklift
- Receiving, stocking, storing, handling and labeling goods and materials in a warehouse environment
- Picking, filling, and preparing orders in an accurate, thorough and efficient manner
- Inspecting merchandise, checking for shortages, and damaged goods
