Machinist III
Industrial Machinist II – Manual Machinist / Tool & Die Pay: $27.00/hour Location: East Tulsa, OK Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Saturday
We are seeking an experienced Machinist II to join our machine shop team in East Tulsa. This position is ideal for a skilled manual machinist or tool and die machinist who enjoys building, repairing, and modifying tooling, molds, and precision components. While CNC experience is beneficial, this role is focused on hands-on machining, troubleshooting, and tool repair.
What You'll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Build, repair, and modify tooling and machine components
- Set up and operate manual machine tools, including mills and lathes
- Perform tool and mold repairs to support production operations
- Utilize CNC equipment as needed
- Complete required documentation and production records
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of machine shop experience
- Experience operating manual machining equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
- Strong math skills including geometry and trigonometry
- Welding and CNC experience are a plus
- Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment
