About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and scaling the marketing function, with a focus on both an established marketplace business and a new AI-driven offering. This pivotal role demands a hands-on, strategic leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is adept at building and optimizing a marketing engine. Responsibilities include owning the end-to-end marketing strategy, developing product positioning and go-to-market strategies, and creating a unified product story across the multi-product platform. The VP of Marketing will also be instrumental in driving demand generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness, as well as building and optimizing lifecycle marketing efforts. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have 10-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketplace, or high-growth tech environments. A proven track record in building and scaling marketing functions, particularly in startup or growth-stage companies, is essential. The role requires a strong background in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, and experience in marketing multiple products within a single platform. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on leadership style, be adept at operating both strategically and tactically, and have experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments. While not mandatory, experience in marketplace or two-sided platform businesses, exposure to AI-driven products, and a background in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industries are considered advantageous.
