Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Bergen County. IMMEDIATE HIRING! EXPERIENCED DSP NEEDED — READY TO START ASAP! About This Opportunity Looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity where your experience and dedication truly matter? We're looking for a dependable, confident, and hands-on DSP who is ready to make a positive impact and get started as soon as possible! This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work. Consistency matters: although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. We're looking for someone mature, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative in a one-to-one support setting. Previous DSP experience is REQUIRED, and we're looking for someone who can step in confidently, provide reliable support, and build a positive connection with the individual. What You’ll Do Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. Assist with routines and activities based on the individual’s needs. Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. Qualifications Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
