Travel RN Care Coordinator, Heart Transplant - $3,476 per week

Overview Stability Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Transplant for a travel nursing job in San Francisco, California. Responsibilities Provide patient care in an outpatient clinic setting (not hospitalized). Conduct patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed. Provide patient education and counseling. Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures; coordinate care with physicians and other health care professionals. Manage patient records and schedule appointments; coordinate care with other providers.
