Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg

Navy scrubs. Four weekend shifts for every four week schedule. WY client and BLS and ACLS certification required. Banner has a specific cover page. Candidates must be able to start on the listed start date, or no more than one week later. RTO must be on the cover page and cannot exceed seven days. No RTO during the first week of assignment. Please list all facilities the candidate is willing to work in. Specify facility name(s), states, or all, if open to any facility in any state. All shifts the candidate is willing to work. All departments the candidate is experienced and willing to work.

Must have a minimum of 24 months MedSurg experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - Required. Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - Required. No hits on state license to practice - Required. RTO cannot exceed seven days, no RTO during the first week of assignment - Required. Candidate driver's license to verify residency - Required. Travel experience - Highly preferred.

Complete Banner Cover Page - Required. Resume with all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and # of beds listed - Required. MedSurg skills checklist must be completed in last 12 months - Required. Active license to practice—verified in last 30 days - Required. Active ACLS certification from approved vendor - Required. Active BLS certification from approved vendor - Required. Driver's License - Required.
