Shift Supervisor - Store 108 We are looking for a positive, energetic person for the role of Shift Supervisor at Braum's, with a comprehensive compensation package and opportunities for advancement. Position Shift Supervisor Minimum Experience 1 year Shift 5:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Hourly Compensation $14.50 – $15.00 (annual $35,500 – $37,000) Shift Supervisor Role As a Shift Supervisor, you will execute Braum’s brand strategy, promoting the company’s vision, mission, and values to deliver a great customer experience and maximize sales. By recognizing the importance of our people, you strengthen the team’s contribution toward unit goals. Responsibilities Teach, coach, and provide leadership to the store crew members. Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality. Oversee shift operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales. Actively monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness as needed. Ensure Braum’s store policies and practices are implemented and followed. Work Schedule Work days vary based on a rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week. Reports to Assistant Manager Qualifications Customer focus. Work ethic with a high standard for integrity. Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all team members. Ability to build a successful team by creating an environment of trust. Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions. Effective communication with leadership team members. Follow‑up and follow‑through discipline. Initiate action and achieve goals. Organized, detailed, and able to follow practices and procedures. Retail experience. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Must be at least 21 years old.
