JOB PURPOSE

The Agent Development Manager is responsible to onboard, train, and coach new business partners joining LDi as independent contractors. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Coach new freight broker agent accounts through the implementation phase with LDi. 
• Act as a liaison between internal and external teams to manage freight broker agent engagement. 
• Maximize freight broker agent efficiency by ensuring successful onboarding and timely completion of training. 
• Train, educate, and assist new freight broker agents on application systems, processes, and procedures. 
• Offer operational assistance, which includes scheduling freight deliveries and arranging motor carrier for pickup shipments. 
• Review account updates weekly with internal team members. 
• Participate in weekly sales meetings. 

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Bachelor's degree is preferred. 
• 2+ years' experience in transportation brokerage. 
• Confidence and ability to network and develop relationships. 
• Self-motivated, energetic self-starter with a positive attitude.
