Compensation & Schedule

Base Pay: $35.00-$42.76 (based on experience)
Shift Differential: $1.50/hr for evening and $3.00/hr for nights
up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (FT or PT)
Full-time and PRN positions available
8 hour or 12 hour shifts

Lead and support CNAs
Deliver high-quality skilled nursing care
Partner with families and providers
Practice with autonomy and clinical integrity
Build long-term relationships with residents

Qualifications

Current Illinois RN license
Graduate of accredited nursing program (we love new grads!)
Long-term care experience preferred (not required)
Ability to work every other weekend/holiday
