Warehouse HandlerThe Staff Pad is proud to partner with a global logistics and warehousing organization to hire an experienced and dependable Warehouse Handler for their Phoenix, AZ location. The Warehouse Handler supports day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, organizing, storing, and preparing goods for shipment. This role helps maintain accurate inventory, efficient workflow, and timely order fulfillment while upholding a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Working closely with warehouse team members and other departments, the Warehouse Handler helps meet operational goals, follows established procedures, and maintains product quality throughout the handling process.Schedule: Full-TimeWhat You'll DoReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentsSafely load, unload, and move materials using appropriate equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucksOrganize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space and accessibilityPick, prepare, and package orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping standardsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentConduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to managementCollaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily warehouse operations and resolve issues efficientlyFollow all company safety policies and procedures while handling materials and operating warehouse equipmentWhat We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferredBasic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entryBasic knowledge of warehouse safety practices and proceduresBasic familiarity with inventory software for tracking stock and reporting discrepanciesExperience with inventory systems, barcode scanners, or warehouse management software preferredAbility to safely lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50 pounds or moreAbility to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, with certification preferredAdditional Skills & AttributesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environmentAbility to work efficiently while meeting daily operational goalsIf you are a dependable and motivated professional who takes pride in quality work and enjoys being part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
