Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in New Jersey
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong assessment and intervention skills for a range of communication disorders
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers
• Experience in developing and implementing IEPs is highly valued

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation services for students
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans and goals
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team collaborations, and parent conferences
• Utilize evidence-based practices to support students’ speech, language, and communication skills
• Consult with teachers and other staff to support classroom strategies and student success
• Help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
