Description

Grand Care Pharmacy is a locally owned independent pharmacy in Chickasha, Oklahoma , proudly serving Chickasha and the surrounding communities. As part of the TotalDose Group , we focus on personalized care, wellness services, and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a Retail Pharmacy Clerk to join our growing team and help create a welcoming experience for our patients while supporting the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy.

No pharmacy experience required-we provide all the training you need!
What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Operate the cash register and process purchases, returns, and refunds
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with customer questions
• Help customers find over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and wellness products
• Support the pharmacy team by checking prescription status in our pharmacy software
• Stock shelves, receive inventory, and keep the store clean and organized
• Assist with merchandising, seasonal displays, and product placement
• Deliver prescriptions and pharmacy items to local homes or facilities as needed
• Work closely with pharmacists and technicians to ensure patients receive excellent service

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Experience

• Customer service or cashier experience: 1 year (Preferred)
