Our client, a ( Leading Retail industry ), is looking to hire a ( Desktop Support Engineer ) in ( Fishkill, NY ).

Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Fishkill, NY
Duration: 6 Months
Work Schedule: 5 Days Onsite
Pay rate range- $25- $32.14/hr on w2

Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees in a fast-paced environment. The role will focus on resolving hardware, software, and application issues while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, hardware, software , and application issues.
• Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Support employees through in-person and remote channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive user experience.
• Follow documented processes and procedures for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage multiple support requests while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Maintain consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively with employees, business partners, and teams at all levels.
• Learn and apply technical knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.
• Meet required performance and service-level goals.

Required Skills

• Desktop and technical support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, and applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work 5 days onsite in Fishkill, NY.
• Ability to support users both onsite and remotely.
