Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments, and perform necessary assessments including neurologic checks; elevate changes promptly. Collaborate with physicians, nursing peers, case managers, and ancillary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document accurately in the electronic health record; ensure timely communication of patient needs, goals, and discharge planning. Support patient safety and quality initiatives; assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges; participate in rounds and interdisciplinary care conferences. Respond to emergencies and provide essential life‑saving interventions within scope of practice. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of recent RN experience in a medical-surgical or neurology-focused specialty. Certifications: Required AHA BLS and NIH Certification; Preferred: AHA ACLS. Schedule: Night shifts with 12‑hour shifts; ability to work in a 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. window; schedule may vary. Applicant location: No local candidates within 50 miles of the assignment location. Education: Not specified beyond holding an RN degree appropriate for the role.
