A nationally-ranked, 400-bed, academic medical center is looking for a full-time, permanent CLS for their COVID-19|Microbiology lab (4x10s NIGHTS: 10:00pm-8:30am). This is a high-volume, state-of-the-art, modern laboratory that provides services to its hospital and numerous independent practices across New Hampshire.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs a variety of laboratory tests in a timely manner yielding accurate and precise results with a low error rate
• Possesses solid knowledge, skills and theory to perform job duties in the clinical laboratory. • • • Performs and evaluates quality control and instrument functioning checks using established quality control practices to assess the functioning of the test system(s). Identifies when a QC problem exists and is able to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
• Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant technical experience
• Certified within 1 year of hire
• BLS within 30 days of hire

COMPENSATION
$8,000 sign-on bonus
20% shift differential
