Start: ASAP (Credentialing projects a November start; earlier start possible with an active Maine license)
Assignment Length: 3-month minimum, with potential to extend 69 months
Schedule: MondayFriday
Patient Care: 68 hours/day
Administrative/In-Basket: Approximately 2 hours/day
30-Minute Unpaid Lunch
No Call
No Weekend Coverage
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active Maine Medical License Highly Preferred
Active IMLC Accepted
EPIC Experience (Must be noted at time of name clear)
Outpatient Primary Care
Acute & Chronic Disease Management
Annual Wellness Visits
Post-Hospital Follow-Up
Preventive Care
Medication Refills
Test Result Review & Follow-Up
Referral Management
Patient Advice & In-Basket Management
Outpatient Primary Care
Adult Patient Population
Minimum 16 Patients Per Day
Approximately 12 Physicians and 15 APPs Across the Practice
May Float Between Three Primary Care Office Locations in Farmington
