We’re looking for a motivated Account Manager who enjoys connecting with people, building lasting relationships, and helping customers find coverage that fits their needs. This is a sales-focused role where your ability to build relationships, have meaningful needs-based conversations, and consistently follow up will contribute to your success. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Have needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Prospect for new business and follow up with leads and opportunities. Conduct policy reviews and identify additional customer needs. Help strengthen customer retention and grow multi-line relationships. Provide a professional, responsive customer experience. What We’re Looking For Insurance sales or account management experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and comfortable with sales conversations and follow-up. P&C and Life/Health licenses preferred, but not required . Proven success meeting sales goals is a plus.
