Now Hiring: Passionate Behavior Technician or RBTABA SHINE is looking for a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide urgent case 1:1 behavior respite in Richmond, CA.Position: Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Location: Home-based, RichmondCompensation: $34–$37 per hourShifts: Part-time, 16 hours a week. Requires shifts for Saturdays and Sundays up to 8 hours per day. We also have other cases which may need services during the weekdays, but for now we are prioritizing this case staffing.About the CaseWe are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable female Behavior Technicians or RBTs to provide 1:1 support for an 8-year-old nonverbal male diagnosed with low-functioning Autism. The position focuses on care, engagement, assisting with hygiene and daily living skills. While implementing a BIP. This client presents significant behavioral concerns and requires 2:1 support, meaning two RBTs will work with the client simultaneously during each shift.
