Inside Sales Representative

Overview Fleet Trucking Electronics/Hydraulics Distributor is looking for an Inside Sales Representative. The role requires a confident person who is proficient in all aspects of customer service. Responsibilities Dealing one on one with customers, primarily via phone and email. Order taking and processing. General customer questions, customer data maintenance and customer follow up. Servicing an established customer base, prospecting new sales leads, establishing new customers, and all associated documentation and reports. Qualifications / Job Skills Excellent Telephone Communication Read and interpret routine reports, customer communications and operating procedures. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. Must be a self-starter with good time management skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Understand basic number concepts.
