Commercial Hvac Service Technician

We are currently seeking a commercial service technician with 3+ years preferred experience who is looking to join a well established company with an ever growing team. Applicants must be skilled on all types of HVAC systems, including but not limited to- chillers, water source heat pumps, and cooling towers. Problem solving, critical thinking, basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to communicate with customers is a must. Responsibilities and Duties: * Diagnose HVAC Systems * Repair HVAC Units * Perform Preventive Maintenance * Complete Paperwork * Good work ethic * Team player with positive attitude * Excellent communication skills * Must be able to lift 50+ lbs * Personal tools * Clean and neat appearance Company Description We serve the five boroughs of NYC, as well as the tri-state area.
