Licensed Real Estate Agent

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent based in SC & NC, with work-from-home flexibility. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will guide clients through the full real estate process, including property showings, buyer and seller consultations, listing presentations, and contract negotiations. Daily responsibilities include responding quickly to the many leads provided by the firm and prospecting for new clients, following up with leads, preparing comparative market analyses, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and communicating regularly with all parties involved in a transaction. The role also involves reviewing contracts and disclosures, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations, and maintaining accurate records in brokerage systems and CRM tools. The agent will collaborate with the brokerage team, attend skills trainings, and represent Grateful Mindset Properties at open houses, community events, and networking opportunities. Qualifications Active South Carolina or North Carolina real estate license in good standing. Proven client service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and maintain professionalism in all interactions. Strong sales, negotiation, and marketing abilities, including conducting listing presentations, negotiating offers, and promoting properties online and in person. Solid organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple clients and transactions, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate documentation. Comfort with digital tools and technology and basic social media marketing. High level of integrity, accountability, and self-motivation, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Familiarity with the WNC & SC area and surrounding communities, or willingness to learn the local market quickly. Reliable transportation, ability to travel locally for showings and appointments, and availability to work some evenings and weekends based on client needs. Prior real estate sales experience is preferred but not required; relevant backgrounds in customer service, sales, or hospitality are also valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr
