As a Dental Hygienist at Heights Dental Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality preventive dental services and oral health education. This position offers the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours and emphasizes teamwork, patient comfort, and clinical excellence.

Pay

$42~$51 per hour

Requirements

Current and active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Michigan
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage and educate patients effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient comfort and care
Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment

Job Description

Perform preventive dental hygiene procedures including cleanings, scaling, root planing, and polishing
Conduct thorough oral health screenings and assessments of patients’ dental conditions
Take, develop, and interpret dental X-rays as needed
Apply dental sealants and fluoride treatments to enhance preventive care
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and overall oral health maintenance
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with office protocols
Collaborate closely with dentists and dental team members to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
Adhere strictly to infection control, sterilization procedures, and safety guidelines
