Store Leader

We are looking for Store Leader to join our opening team and help create a welcoming and engaging experience for customers. As an opening team member, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the atmosphere and style of our first Los Angeles location from the ground up. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with sales
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Display, organize, and maintain merchandise
- Manage inventory and product organization
- Handle store opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Coordinate and communicate with part-time staff
- Provide regular updates to the Japan-based team regarding store operations and sales
- Communicate with the Japan-based team when store issues arise
- Support other day-to-day store operations as needed
- Comfortable interacting with customers and working in a retail environment
- Responsible and able to take ownership of day-to-day store operations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Interest in apparel, fashion, culture, and related fields
- Comfortable with basic computer and smartphone use
- Previous experience in apparel, lifestyle goods, retail, or a similar environment
- Experience in store operations or staff management
- Japanese communication skills are a plus, but not required
- Employment: Full-time

- Location: Melrose area, Los Angeles, CA
- Expected opening: Late November 2026
- Pay: $22–$27/hour, depending on experience and skills
- Tentative store hours:
- Tuesday–Friday: 12:00 PM–6:00 PM
- Saturday, Sunday & Holidays: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Monday: Closed
