The focus will be on high-level planning and tracking cross-project dependencies. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple engaged parties by providing updates on program status, goals, and performance. Performance Evaluation: Establish protocols to assess program strengths, weaknesses, and ensure quality and compliance.
