Warehouse AssociateOur client, Abbott Laboratories, is seeking Warehouse Associates to join their team in North Chicago, IL. As a Warehouse Associate, you will support warehouse operations in a quality-controlled environment, including receiving, order picking, packing, and processing materials. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-focused, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Location: North Chicago, ILPay Range: $21.00/hr.What's the Job?Perform warehouse duties including counting, sorting, recording, and handling large/heavy materials.Receive materials and assist with dock processing.Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.Work in a fast-paced, quality-controlled warehouse environment.Stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.What's Needed?High School Diploma or equivalent2+years of warehouse experience with a strong work historyPrevious distribution experience is a plus.Strong attention to detail, reliability, safety awareness, and ability to work in hot/cold and loud environmentsForklift experience/certification is a plus, including Cherry Picker, Order Picker, Pace/Dock Stocker, or Turret Truck.What's in it for me?$21.00/hour starting payFull-time warehouse opportunityForklift training provided for new hires10-hour shift option availableHealth, dental, & vision insurance options
