Franklin Plumbing in Columbia, SC is hiring a full-time Plumbing Manager .

This is a full-time, hybrid position that pays $80,000 – $115,000/year plus bonuses .

YOUR NEW ROLE AS A PLUMBING MANAGER

As the Plumbing Manager, your main hours will be 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday . You may sometimes need to be on call, or work evenings, nights, or weekends, depending on the needs of the business.

Each day, you will lead and support our plumbing technicians and field crews. You will help hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff to make sure we always have the right people on the job. You will plan and organize plumbing projects for homes, businesses, or industrial sites, making sure work is done on time and within budget. Your day will also involve checking that all work meets safety rules and local codes, and fixing any problems that come up. You will keep track of tools, materials, and equipment, and make sure company vehicles are ready to use. You will talk with customers, handle any issues, look over estimates and bids, and help bring in repeat and new business. Throughout the day, you will help create a positive, organized, and hardworking team.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and analyze operational performance
• Solid communication skills for interacting with clients, crews, and vendors
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business management, construction management, or a related field (preferred)
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (often required)
