Job Description
The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, tools, and finished products within the warehouse. The role supports daily warehouse operations in a regulated manufacturing/distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment or delivery.
- Receive incoming stock and verify accuracy of shipments.
- Store and organize inventory in designated locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (may include forklifts and pallet jacks).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse (5S housekeeping).
- Follow all company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and GMP guidelines.
- Complete required logs, records, and shipping documentation.
- Report safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock movement tracking.
- Support additional warehouse or production tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must have sit-down or stand-up forklift experience.
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or GMP-regulated environments preferred.
Schedule: 12pm-8:30pm (Must train in 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm)
