Floor & Decor is seeking a talented Designer in North Kansas City to provide exceptional consultative design services to our customers. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, creating customized design concepts, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in interior design or retail sales, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient with basic mathematics and computer applications.
