Training & Development Supported From Training to Independence New CareManagers receive structured training, observation, guided practice, and ongoing feedback before managing workindependently. As skills grow, team members take on greater responsibility for client planning, coordination, communication, and decisionsupport. Experienced Care Managers may alsohave opportunities to mentor others, contribute to team development, and grow into leadership responsibilities.
