Event Staff - Concerts/College Sports

About the Position We are seeking Event Staff to assist with event day activities such as collecting tickets, welcoming and ushering guests, directing foot traffic, and maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency of designated areas. Key Responsibilities Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution. Provide entry authorization by collecting or scanning tickets, verifying wristbands and badges, and directing traffic. Understand policies, procedures, and regulations of various venues. Greet guests warmly, offer directions and suggestions to enhance their experience. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor with guests. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must complete a background investigation, pre‑employment drug/alcohol test, and may need to pass a Driver's Record check. Professional, articulate, and able to use independent judgment and discretion. Must be able to work overtime as needed. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $15.15 per hour. Overtime available.
