Under the supervision of the restorative nurse, the restorative aide provides direct restorative care, performs restorative nursing procedures that maximize the resident's existing abilities, emphasizes independence instead of dependence, prevents loss of existing functional capacity, and follows established policies and procedures while providing care and respecting confidentiality at all times.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Current State certification for Nursing AssistantMinimum of three months experience within the geriatric healthcare fieldKnowledgeable of restorative care proceduresTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
