About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Alliances to lead the management of a Rehabilitation Program in partnership with a Medical Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall oversight of the program, including program development, budget management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies. This role requires a strategic leader who can build and maintain effective teams, strong relationships with various stakeholders, and proactively support the financial performance of the program. The Executive Director will also be involved in the design and implementation of a high-quality, cost-efficient program that meets the needs of the community and payers. Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a Bachelor’s degree and a related advanced degree, with 5-7 years of experience in healthcare administrative or program management. The role demands excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, and a background in rehabilitation service delivery, preferably in an academic hospital setting. The Executive Director will work closely with the Medical Director to ensure that the program is responsive to the needs of the community and that staffing levels and standards of care are in line with the company's and partnership's expectations. The position is pivotal in the integration of the company's mission and vision with the clinical care provided at the partnership, and the ideal candidate will be dedicated to the advancement of human ability through innovative and compassionate care.
