About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to play a pivotal role in the organization's transformation and growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping and executing key strategic initiatives, with a focus on driving both top and bottom-line impact. This high-impact position requires a leader who can work closely with the executive team to implement significant changes across digital, e-commerce, and B2C channels. While experience in consumer, retail, or transformation environments is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role demands a professional with a strong background, including at least 4 years post-MBA at a top-tier management consulting firm, and a total of 10-15+ years of experience.

The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Strategy role at the company will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in delivering results. Responsibilities include leading the development and execution of strategic plans, identifying growth opportunities, and driving digital acceleration. The role is particularly suited to an individual who is eager to make a quick and significant impact, and who is capable of leading the organization through a successful exit.
